A great way to boost self confidence and bolster mental wellbeing is to use positive affirmations, and I often add them when I need to feel that I have done well at a task. The sense of self worth that I feel is greatly enhanced when I add positive affirmations. They can also help with long term health improvements such as healthy eating, and adding exercise. The mental boost that I get from using positive affirmations is great for goal setting and to reinforce healthy behaviors; they also greatly enhance the mindset and direction.
