Focus On mental Healing Day Eight: Remember To Laugh

They say that laughter is the best medicine, and for good reason. The brain releases its feel good chemichles called Seretonin and Dopamine after a good laugh, so it is a great mood enhancer. Laughter can even reduce pain in the body, reduce stress, and boost positivity, so finding good reasons to laugh every day are better for you than you may have realized. A funny movie, a joke with a friend, a funny book, or even fond memories shared with close family are some of the best reasons to laugh every day, and remembering not to be so serious all of the time is important. I hope that this post encourages others to laugh more!
