Happiness Motivation: Day Six

Cast your burdens behind you and focus on the now because no amount of anxiety can change past events. I find that dwelling on the anxiety and worries that come from awkward moments only rob me of my inner joy and peace that I am working to build up, and pushing the inner battles aside opens up the path for happiness to radiate within. I have worked very hard to convince myself not to allow my mind to ‘travel back to times gone by’ and tarry for any length of time, and remembering bad times will never generate happiness for me. Why would I create unpleasantness within my self? By letting go of hurts, I have gained a mental freedom that someone can only experience themselves! I would love for my all of my readers to experience this freedom!
