There is a difference between doing something because you think that it sounds like a good thing to do and doing something for a purpose. I know from the start that I need to work on bettering me, and I feel that I have purpose to make my goal valuable. I am not just talking about a month of change, but I am goal oriented towards cultivating a lifestyle that will stay with me for the rest of my life. I know that I can make the changes necessary to give me the lasting self improvement that will help me along my mental health journey. I hope that others who are interested in self development will be encouraged by my story.
