I know that my mental health journey as had a long and winding rod, and I also know that this journey has many more miles ahead. I also know that I am not where I stared so long ago, even if I am not where I really wish to be. Because of my progress and success with holistic practices, such as meditation, I have confidence that I am going to continue along the road of recovery, and today’s daily affirmation is just what I need to encourage me throughout my day as I face anxiety. Today, I will affirm within myself: “better mental health is possible for me!” This will be a good restart point when faced with doubt of my current state, and I know that it will strengthen me as I continue to move towards mental recovery. I hope that others with mental health issues will join me, today in declaring victory ahead!
