Daily Affirmations For December: December 18th

While affirmations are a great way to add positivity to the thoughts of myself, I cannot forget that caring for my self is something that will help me on my healing journey. I am glad to use this daily affirmation to create a mental note to care for myself, everyday. Today, I will dwell on the thought: “I care for myself daily!” This is something that I deserve to do for my mental healing, and I hope that others will join me.
