Mental health issues can often discourage individuals to feel that everything is negative in their life, making it hard to see the positive side of life. Being able to see the positive in the middle of negative is a helpful tool for mental healing, and today’s Daily Affirmation will help to point to the good in life. Today, I will dwell on the fact that: “I have many positive things in my life!” This will be useful when I feel the need to build myself up during the day. I hope that other people who have anxiety can see the positive points of life, even during negative times.
