I feel that my outward demeanor is not of someone who suffers with much anxiety, and I feel that this outward calm is due to my calm shield. Meditation and other holistic practices, such as a vegetarian diet, have helped me to muster strength to endure the testing of my emotions. I am choosing my Daily Affirmation to celebrate this strength, because practice makes perfect. Today, I will declare: “I have coping skills that help with anxiety!” I know that reminding myself this fact throughout my day will make it a forefront thought that encourages me when I need it. I look forward to applying this affirmation with much success.
