Anxiety triggers are sometimes so bad that it can cause me to run for the cover of socially reclusive living, but facing anxiety head on with positive thoughts and distractions are a better choice. Knowing that the positive approach is better, today’s Daily Affirmation is: “I face anxiety with courage and strength!” Allowing this affirmation to become my mantra, I can utilize ways of diverting my thoughts to a better state of mind, and create relief from mental health issues, today. I am happy when I change a perceptively awkward moment into moments of mental healing – better for me now, and in the long run. I hope that others who face anxiety, today, can utilize this affirmation to bring about peace of mind.
