I have come to realize that I will have days that I worry more with anxiety than others. It is no fault of mine, but training myself to let go of the painfully or emotionally triggering thoughts can greatly enhance my days. Today’s affirmation is focused on getting past these triggers of anxiety and moving towards a more positive daily mindset. Today, I declare: “I release all of my worries!” I know that doing this can move the focus of my mind from worrying towards a peaceful and pleasant state, and practice makes perfect!
