The desire to continue on my journey to mental wellness is a great joy to me. My good days are better than before my depression started, and my down days are fewer. I find that all of the positive changes in my life are just the beginning; there are more avenues of self help to explore and more ways to focus on self improvement, which has also helped to eliminate much of my social anxiety. I am grateful for the glimpse at how good mental healing can be, and I am so thankful for discovering just how calming and healing meditation can be, which is what started my journey to begin with.
