I am so grateful to know that people and situations are powerless without my reaction. This became real to me recently, while reading up on ways to improve my arsenal of meditation tools. The reality of it has existed with me for some time, and Sadhguru has touched on this topic, but it became in the forefront of my knowledge after thinking about what I read. Meditation has a way of creating a forcefield around the mind to shield you from anxiety and create calmer outcomes. I am grateful for the fact that I control the way people and situations affect me, and love the fact that meditation builds endurance and mental strength.
