The ability to count all as blessings in my life is something that I draw a great deal of mental strength from. So many times, I am made better after a long period of struggle or tribulation, and, more times than not, I would not be where I need to be (for the betterment) without the striving time. These times may seem to hurt mentally, but what does not kill us is making us stronger! I am grateful for the enlightenment to know that I am getting somewhere even when I feel mental pain, and I am on my way to the mental health breakthrough that I have been cultivating through meditation and lifestyle changes.
