I am grateful for realizing that things are not what they seem inside my head. The issues that I face due to my anxiety are only my mind using previously gained knowledge, from past experiences, against me. No matter how realistic it seems to be, I can have an easier time of the struggle knowing that it is fictional. If I remember this fact, it makes it simpler to keep my cool demeanor by ignoring the crazy thoughts that race from my anxiety. My mental health gratitude challenge is made up of helpful solutions such as this.
