The body’s ability to heal mentally and physically is a benefit that I am grateful for. The physical and mental resilience of the human body is great for most people, and it bounces back well. I have spent 30 years suffering from anxiety and depression, and I am so proud to say that I have spent the last 5 years focusing on holistic health practices and meditation more intensely. These last 5 years has brought my mind back to a state of mental health that I have not been at since my twenties, and it is a refreshing change from the old times. I will continue to document my recovery in hopes that others will give mental health the time and effort.
