I have so much gratitude for the realization that it takes change to overcome. Changing my lifestyle not only helped my physical health, but it has given me a better quality of mental health, as well. Holistic and alternative practices, like meditation and other types of alternative therapy, are worth investing time to allow lifelong changes that bring mental freedom. There are so many resources available for free or at little cost to use. YouTube offers meditation videos and music that can change anxiety and depression for good. With prolonged use, holistic lifestyle changes give all the help needed to bring mental relief, and I am pleased with my progress towards overcoming mental and emotional troubles.
