I am grateful for the desire to put others needs before my own. It is always good when I encounter individuals who are full of love and selflessness, and I am always thankful. Applying this practice to my life helps me to get outside of my head to be mentally free and in the moment, and I hope that by practicing giving of myself more, I can separate my past issues from my daily living. There are few today who do not have some kind of anxiety or depression that hinders them from having a more productive and positive impact upon our world, but embracing change is the way to go. The world can become a better place if all work for positive changes for mental healing.
